Expanding on the content covered in Part 1 of this series, participants developed a foundational understanding of how beliefs, policies, procedures, and practices contribute to racial inequities. They cultivated the skills necessary to steer conversations that promote understanding, empathy, and collaboration while addressing potentially sensitive topics.
